RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on original artwork or limited edition prints. We will however at our discretion consider a return for refund on open run prints (those that are not limited edition). The customer must contact us prior to sending any print back to us so that we may assess the situation. We will not consider accepting returns without this step. 

The print must be returned in new condition without any damage and in packaging that is either the original shipping packaging or packaging of the same quality to protect the work along with any and all protective packaging we used in shipping the product to you such as clear bags, wrapping, bracing boards etc. All costs associated with returning the print is the responsibility of the customer, this includes shipping costs, taxes, border fees if applicable, and duty fees if applicable.

We do not refund purchases of digital content or digital downloads due to their nature. Once they are delivered to the customer there is no way to control the usage of the product. 

It is the customers responsibility to make an informed choice in the art they wish to purchase on our website. We provide detailed descriptions of each piece of artwork on the product pages on our website to help facilitate these informed choices. We are happy to answer any of your questions prior to your purchase and to assist in any way reasonable so that customers may enjoy beautiful artwork in their homes/spaces. 

We have taken every reasonable effort to display the artwork on the websites products pages with colour accuracy but please be informed that differences in computer monitors and or device monitors may cause changes in these colour accuracies. Once delivered to the customer there may be differences beyond our control in the colours seen in person. Please contact us to discuss this if it is a concern prior to making your purchase.

ROOM MOCKUPS TO ASSIST IN YOUR PURCHASE

Upon our discretion we may be able to offer you a mockup or simulation of the piece of art you are interested in if you can supply us with an image of the area you want the art to be displayed in. We will do our best to accommodate you with this service. We are also available for discussions on Zoom or other video platforms to show you available artwork or to help view your considered space prior to your purchase.

HOW TO CONTACT US

Please use our Contact page to send us an email and we will respond to your questions usually within 24-48 hours during the business week. Please note we value our family time and work life balance and do not answer emails or do business over the weekends or during holidays observed in Canada or in British Columbia Canada. We will respond to emails the next business day.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

The customer may ask to cancel and order placed through the website only if the order has not yet been shipped to the customer. If the customer contacts us and requests to cancel the unshipped order we will investigate the status of the order and if it falls under the above criteria we may at our discretion agree to cancel the order and refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request using your original method of payment. 

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods/Orders that have not yet been shipped to the customer but have been processed for full payment through the website. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
